As you can see some of my drawings/sketches are done in a tiny sketchbook-3.5 by 5inches/8.9 by 12.7cm/.They are usually done at work during my morning break.The watercolor is 5 by

Vintage finds for my nest
Last weekend my DH and I went 
antiquing for a short while.Two new stores opened locally. The second one was a pleasant surprise.I found this vintage school globe for only $12.I just love it. You can see the names of the countries that do not exist any more.Czechoslovakia,Yugoslavia , USSR. I was thinking to buy a new one because I did not believe I could find a vintage one at a price I could afford.But it turned out I was a lucky girl. I also bought this beautiful scale.I hope it is vintage.The most important thing is that I like it and it is in good working condition.I am a practical gall.I like to use the things not only to decorate with them.

#66,67 and 68
#66 and 68 have been done in a hurry at work during my morning break.With ballpoint pen.I don't know what to call them -sketches or...doodles
.They are rough and awkward but anyway it is a good way to practice observation and drawing. I think a part of this challenge is to teach me how to let myself to be imperfect and go on with my life instead of being paralyzed by any unsuccessful line or painting. Just put it aside and try again,dear! Or try something new!

#64 is an abstract one that I am not very happy with and I think I will redo it a little bit later.
