Two more of my sketches-doodles.My enthusiasm about "one a day challenge" is fading away.I am not sure I am going to finish it.Life gets in the way of it and it gets harder and harder to stay on track. And I also enjoy doing other things like spending time with my kid, biking, crafts, reading books and blogs, watching TV and so on.
Yesterday for example we had a wonderful mother-daughter day. After a short visit at the dentist's we spent the day in Winona going for a walk by the lake, feeding the ducks and the Canada geese, visiting my work place and meeting my coworkers, visiting the nursing home.We ate breakfast at the hospital cafeteria and lunch at
AW.At the end of the day we went shopping for school supplies,a new backpack and some cute outfits. It was so amazing to watch her being so excited and happy, enjoying every minute of the day.I wish we ,adults, could live in the moment the way the little kids can.

,today on the way to school my girl spotted the first robin! The spring is coming anyway!!!!At first we were excited to hear the honks of the Canada geese
.Then we started to wonder who was going to see the first robin this year when she suddenly started screaming for joy."I can see one,I can see one!"
.Then we started to wonder who was going to see the first robin this year when she suddenly started screaming for joy."I can see one,I can see one!"Yes,the birds are coming back. This is a good sign.
And here you can see my next three pieces.I posted #50 on top because it is my favourite. My daughter at the age of two and the snowman. The other two are doodles done at work during my break.

#30,31 and 32
#30 was completed with watercolor crayons
.I used a local newspaper as a reference for it.#31 was completed with ink and watercolors ,the reference was from an old foreign newspaper.#32 was inspired by magazine J-14 again, ink and watercolors.
So,with these three sketches I finished the ones for the month of January and started February.I am proud of myself for not giving up in the first month.I've read somewhere that people give up on their New Years resolutions by the end of January.
